We are looking for people with excellent teamwork and communication skills to join our caring and committed staff team. This role is for a ‘waking night Care Assistant’ and the hours are from 9pm to 8am two, three or four nights a week (updated for part time or full time) including some weekends and holiday cover.
We pay £11.58 weekdays and £12.48 Saturdays and Sundays.
There are also sleep-in shifts available paid at set rates, £61.58 weeknights and £72.48 Sat & Sun (hourly rate paid if woken).
Experience in the care home sector is essential with a minimum of Level 2 NVQ/Diploma in adult social care.
We are a not-for-profit organisation with a CQC rating of outstanding for care and have family feel service where staff are as cared for as the residents.
