Plastic Supplies Dudley Ltd are a fast growing, family run plastic injection moulding company. Due to an upturn in orders we are looking to build our team with a Warehouse Operative/Materials Handler.

This role will see you keeping materials topped up, picking and packing orders, bring tooling to production needed for that day, helping to get deliveries ready to send out, and maintaining stock levels of raw materials and packaging. There will also possibly be times that you would be asked to help in production either operating machines or packing products.

Skills / Experience Required:

• Proven work experience as a warehouse operative
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethics and timekeeping is a must
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have a fork lift license
• Good English – Reading and Writing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Day shift
• Monday to Thursday 7am – 4pm, Friday 7am -1pm
• Opportunities for overtime

Job Duties:

• Ensure machines are kept topped up with correct materials
• Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
• Perform general warehouse duties in order to maintain a smooth operation
• Work in conjunction with tool setters to make sure there is no delay in tool changes
• Use common warehouse management software
• Receive/process shipments

Experience:

• warehousing: 1 years
• Fork lift license
