We have exciting opportunity for a full time Support Worker, working in our Short Breaks service, in Coventry. You will work on a flexible rota including evening and weekends, this is your opportunity to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual with excellent communication skills who share our passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives.
The role does not require any previous experience as full training will be provided, rather we are looking for someone who shares our vision and ethos and is able to demonstrate positive values.
It is crucial that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always showing respect and dignity to those they are supporting.

Salary: From £10.45 per hour
