As a vital Support Worker at Leonard Cheshire, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, and mealtime support, while also fostering choice, participation, and motivation.

While prior experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant is desirable, it is not essential. We are proud to offer an excellent training and induction program, ensuring you receive comprehensive training to excel in your new role.
