Your new Role
The role sits within our diverse and proactive Clinical Workforce Team. You will primarily assist in the management of the clinical workforce rotas and any associated administrative tasks.
Working remotely, the hours for this role will be between - 8am - 16:30pm, 5 days per week. This requires some weekend work which will be part of an on call rota.
Salary- £26,000 pa
Requirements
The key tasks in your new and exciting role with us
- To assist in the production and maintenance of all DCA clinical rotas
- To ensure that all rotas are entered onto the rota system (Rotamaster/Global Rostering Systems) and associated systems two months in advance
- To ensure that all rota change requests are entered daily onto the rota system and any associated system.
- To publish rotas two months in advance and when changes take place.
- To fill vacant / cancelled session shifts as and when they occur
- To report any rota changes to the payroll department.
- To inform out-of-hours team leaders of rota changes and variations
- Monitor absence
- To inform the Clinical Workforce Manager if there are any foreseen ‘risk’ such as shortage of clinicians on the rota.
- To develop relationships with staff members to assist the organisation in filling sessions at short notice.
- To attend meeting with the clinical workforce team as required.
- To assist in new projects.

- Rota Management and data entry experience
- Computer literacy including use of spreadsheets and databases (confident with Excel)
- Self-motivator with excellent organisational, problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent communication and liaison skills, with wide range of personnel
