Job Description
We urgently require passionate Support Workers that are Swindon Based, we have full time roles available.
We do not currently have any in-country or out of country sponsorships available.
We do not offer accommodation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities toward the individuals
· to live the life they want to lead, make decisions, have as many choices about their lives as possible and be supported to take appropriate risks.
· to make each day the best it can be.
· to maintain their existing skills and develop new ones.
· to access facilities in the local community and take part in activities outside of their home.
· to look after their home, cooking, shopping, keeping it clean, tidy and safe.
· to look after their health and take any medication.
· to support with personal care, when required.
· to achieve their ambitions as set out in their support plans.
· to assist with the management of their finances.
The role requires being committed to a great team spirit; this shall ensure effective, open communication throughout the organisation, with a positive culture and ethos. You shall be required to attend regular team meetings, supervisions and essential training. Where possible be able to attend out of hours social events to further develop the team spirit and culture.
Minimum qualification shall be NVQ/QCF Level 2, or willing to work towards.

Role details:
Car driver preferable but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50 - £11.50 per hour
Full-Time contract is 40 hrs
Shift Patterns are as follows: 7.00am-14.30pm, 14.30pm-10.00pm, 10.00pm-07.00am
You are required to work every other weekend and be able to do am or pm shifts, night shifts are optional
