We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, caring and patient individual to work as part of a small team in supporting a young woman with a brain injury in her own home in the Middlesbrough area. No previous experience needed, all training and supervision will be provided.
You will support her in her own home in increasing her independence, in the community and on her holidays. You will work alongside highly specialised and skilled therapists to support her with her essential daily rehabilitation programme. You will also be required to drive her vehicle, allowing her to access the community.
This post includes evening, weekend shifts and sleep in duties.
