Job description
Housing Officer Role within a rapidly expanding company within the supported accommodation industry
To apply for this position you would require;
- Some experience support is required, further training will be provided
- Be passionate about providing great service to service users
- A knowledge of the benefit system
- Excellent computer skills
- Comfortable to hold meetings with senior managers from large organisations
- Adapt to fast changing scenarios
- An understanding of properties
- Clean Full DBS certificate
- Your own car
Note;
This role will involve the following and others not listed within this field;
- Co-ordinating with existing housing officers
- Support service users on-site
- Develop weekly support and progress
- Dealing with stressful situations with vulnerable and emotional service users
- Daily updates and logging sessions with service users
If you have experience as a housing/support office you would understand the various scenarios and roles you would get involved in, as no day is the same
Training will be provided on all aspects of this role
