Job Objectives & Responsibilities: As a dedicated member of our security team, your primary mission is to protect our client's property, people, and assets in strict accordance with site-specific Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any subsequent changes. Your dedication is crucial in achieving and often exceeding our Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, ultimately enhancing contract retention. Additionally, your commitment to continuous self-development through ongoing training is imperative to your success. Key Duties: Your core responsibilities encompass supporting the ongoing security and safety routines of the site efficiently and punctually. Key duties include: Control Room Duties: Vigilantly monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, focusing on high-traffic areas, entrances, exits, and other potential risk zones. Manage access for residents and visitors, taking appropriate action when necessary, including alerting relevant authorities. Proactively prevent losses and damage. Direct and manage traffic and the movement of individuals. Maintain accurate records of observations, incidents, and surveillance activities. Adhere to established security protocols, tasks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Swiftly respond to alarms. Efficiently handle, log, and process residential parcels, including monitoring for suspicious packages as per provided SOPs. Maintain constant communication with fellow security personnel to ensure site security at all times. Training: Successfully complete all required competency training on-site. Pursue additional training opportunities to continually develop your skills, guided by the Security Operations Manager. Leverage technology to achieve work objectives and bolster your job knowledge through ongoing professional development. Ensure timely renewal of your license, at least 16 weeks before expiry. Security and Health & Safety: Identify and immediately report any Health & Safety hazards or potential hazards on-site.
