Support Worker
Based across Northampton, Wellingborough and Kettering and near bus routes

We are developing our team and looking for creative, passionate Support Workers to join us in making a difference.
Our Current Team are supporting people with autism and associated learning disabilities to live independent, fulfilling lives within their own homes. We are an outcome focussed provider, offering person centred support to our customers.

Salary £21,840.00 full time

To apply for this role, you will require the following:
- Minimum of 6 months (UK) experience within the care sector - desirable but not essential.
- Level 2/3 QCF in Health and Social Care – desirable but not essential
- Commitment to ongoing training and development
