Job title: HR ADVISOR
Location: Scotstoun. 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Up to £42,000 dependent on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting People Managers in planning and implementing the People Plan within a business or business unit
- The ability to influence, facilitate, and implement change through business and relationship management skills
- Providing operational advice on a range of employment and performance issues and business change based on business needs, working in collaboration with the appropriate Centre of Expertise
- Enabling people manager capability uplift, facilitating/ supporting/coaching the manager in execution of people initiatives where necessary
- Reviewing business related people data to identify potential implications within the business context and environment and initiate local actions to resolve these as appropriate
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- CIPD Qualified
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools such as Excel
- Experience of operating successfully in a manufacturing or a project-based organisation
Desirable:
- HR Degree
- Knowledgeable in current employment law
- Experience of operating within a unionized business

The HR team: As part of our HR team you will be responsible for providing a range of HR support to a business, HRBPs and line managers. This role will provide you with good career progression opportunities.
