Discovery are currently looking for creative people who think outside the box and enjoy coming up with fun activities! Lets try something different!
We support 7 people in Wiliton who want to live a fun filled life and be able to get out into the local community sampling what it has to offer! Whether that be getting out to the shops, a daytrip further afield or a summer day in the garden.
We want Support Workers to feel empowered to make a difference and help the people we support get more from life, if this sounds like something you want to be involved in then we want to hear from you.
About the role:
As a Support Worker at Sunnyside you will be supporting people at home and out and about, attending appointments, going to Slimming World, doing a spot of gardening or coming up with new ideas for the summer. As well as supporting with activities you will be supporting with personal care, cooking, cleaning and finance management.
