Dimensions will soon be supporting three lovely young ladies in their 20s and 30s to move into their new supported living home in Warrington.
This is an incredibly exciting time for the young women as they leave their family homes and begin their next chapter of independent living. But understandably there are some nerves too, so we're looking for calm, reassuring and encouraging people to be there to support them as they gain more independence through this transition.
Your role will be to support the ladies to increase their independent living skills by supporting with meal planning, food shopping, paying bills, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. And, to assist them with establishing their new routines in their new home, and timekeeping to ensure they are organised and on time for their part-time jobs.
You will also be supporting them to engage in their hobbies and interests, as well as providing emotional support and guidance as they navigate their social relationships.

What shifts are available?
Day shifts will be 7am - 10pm
Waking night shifts will be 10pm - 7am
We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis during the week and at weekends as part of either our days team or our waking nights team
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
