Job description
Manage & maintain reception area plus entire building:
· Daily post delivery
· Full building checks – cleaning & maintenance
· Maintain car park and management of permits
· Monthly meter readings to be managed
· Opening and closing e-mails to be sent to management daily
Daily e-mail management:
· Tend to all client issues/queries
Preparation of monthly client invoicing
· Updating and managing of rent schedules
· Uploading of all invoices within the CRM system
· Reconcile all rents received
· Provide all the invoices, rent schedule or other necessary information to accountant quarterly for VAT purpose
Bookkeeping:
· Check and make payment of all invoices for each company entity
· Maintain relations with all company suppliers
· Manage all purchase invoices on a weekly basis
· Arrange and file the invoices according to the place and company.
· Maintain all timesheets for staff for payroll at the end of each month
Office viewings:
· Conduct all office viewings on a daily basis, ensuring all offices are presentable prior
· Manage all paperwork and payment information for any new clients
· Manage all paperwork and payment information for any vacating clients
Updating files:
· Manage all invoices and tenant contracts in an orderly filing system
Business rates:
· Liaising with the local Council on all Business Rates issues and queries

Salary: £12.00 per hour
