Job description
We are looking for a Support Worker to work as part of our amazing team to support service users in our Service in Basford, Nottingham. We are seeking someone who will be able to support taking our service users out into the community and take part in activities they enjoy.
All the Blue Sky Care homes offer a varied and imaginative programme of recreational and therapeutic activities, encouraging individuals to maximize their potential by providing individual person-centred support packages, which include care plans and activity planners along with associated risk assessments and support levels.
If you have previously worked in care that’s great but if not, please don’t let a lack of experience stop you from achieving a career in something suited excellently to your personality. We are more interested in your ability to support our residents to maintain or gain new independence, assist with their social and communication skills and your commitment to ensuring that they live their life in a way that is satisfying and meaningful to them.

- Able to work from 7am-10pm (2/3 days per week would be full time)
