Job description

Who are we?

You & Me Supported Living is a Supported Living provider for adults with a variety of learning difficulties. We have 8 houses in Banbury and Chipping Norton, with 3-4 adults living in each house. Staff provide care in our houses 24/7, and work with our housemates to enable them to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Due to the growth of our business, we are opening a new house in Witney, and we have plans to open a second house later in 2023. The successful candidate will be working in these two new houses, supporting our new housemates as they move into their new homes. This is a very exciting opportunity to be fully involved in the setting up and running of new Supported Living houses. You will be working closely with housemates, their families, our Registered Manager, Social Workers, Adult Social Care and our existing team to ensure that the new houses are run in a way that aligns with our values, enables our housemates to live as independently as possible and that the new houses feel part of the wider You and Me Supported Living community.
