H Mart Group was originally founded in 1982 in Woodside, Queen. After a successful expansion over decades. H Mart is the largest Asian American supermarket chain, operating over 90 stores in North America as well as New Malden store in London.
The Role and Day to Day Duties
- Update product information and content on the website.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party logistics for an efficient order fulfilment operation.
- Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
- Preparing shipping documents such as, invoices and packing lists.
- Provide excellent service and order status information to customers.
- General Admin duties.
- Comply with all company policies.
Essential Requirements:
- Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.
- Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies.
- Flexible working approach.
- Good communications and time management skills.
- A can-do attitude.
- Teamwork and collaboration across departments.
