Responsibilities
- To support our watertight business in reducing risk when promoting our system to customers
- To establish clear training methods for customer site staff, ensuring they are comfortable when using our products
- To support the watertight Sales Manager with customer calls as and when required, developing personal relationships with customers
- To develop training opportunities for our company, supporting market share growth within the concrete basement market
- To be competent using and training others with our watertight systems
- Communicating and dealing with all levels of customers, including Engineers and Architects when required
- Build relationships with customers, developing their trust and confidence within our watertight products
- Liaise with regional and national sales teams to develop opportunities through our existing customer base
- To effectively and accurately report on business activity through our CRM Salesforce system
- To understand and implement our company warranty process, completing and uploading site and customer information
- To follow H&S guidelines at all times when attending customer offices and project sites
Experience
- Previous experience working with watertight systems
- Significant practical onsite experience
- Previous concrete technology experience
- Good general knowledge of concrete composition and placement, including waterproof elements and ancillaries
- Ability to learn and adapt to our company products in a timely manner
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Objective-orientated
- Strong IT skills (particularly with Microsoft packages and PowerPoint)
- Must have a strong work ethic, being open and reliable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ideally a good knowledge of concrete batching plant systems
- Full UK Driving licence is essential
