Job description

Davinci Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site and remote support for our customers' workstations, mobile devices, and various workplace applications. The candidate will work closely with our helpdesk team, occasionally troubleshooting basic network issues and audio/video devices.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to support tickets and calls, addressing customers' technical issues.
• Provide unmatched customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic networking problems.
• Work efficiently both independently and with senior resources when needed.
• Adhere to established company processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions as needed.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with macOS 10.12 and newer.
• Comfortable with modern iOS and Android operating systems.
• Basic understanding of computer networking.
• Experience with audio/video technologies.

Additional Requirements:

• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to customer sites.
• No specific education requirements, but candidates will complete a short technical and service test during the interview process.

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
