Job Title: Store Assistant
Job Type: 18 x hour contract
Location: Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £10.45 per hour

About the Role:
As a Store Assistant / Sales Assistant / Shop Assistant you will be responsible for demonstrating industry leading service and advice in the pursuit of total customer satisfaction. To support in the replenishment and promotion of store stocks and in delivering a friendly, supportive, and well-presented retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively work together to exceed all KPI’s.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Engage with Salon colleagues on how to improve customer service and effectiveness.
- To comply with all communicated company guidelines and actions.
- Assist the planning and execution of changes to promotions, campaigns, and events in a timely and accurate manner.
- Help deliver TPC performance ahead of targets set.
- Be part of creating and leading a positive customer service culture in the store.
- Minimise store stock loss and wastage.
- Manage replenishment processes to ensure 100% availability at all times of top 50 selling lines within the business.
- Check and action out of date stocks and take part in stock takes / counts.
- Ensure all Health & Safety personal compliance is up to date.
