Who we are?
Integrated Maintenance & Repair (IMR) Alliance – Part of the Anglian Water network, focuses on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for: water network pressure management, finding and fixing leaks, replacing lead pipes and repairing burst mains.
What you will be doing as an Asset Heath Support Manager?
Leading the Asset Health Support Teams to ensure delivery of their processes
Supporting the Asset Health Team Manager in training, mentoring and developing the whole team.
Together with the Asset Health Team Manager and the Asset Health Engineers they will help support:
Solutions for network configuration anomalies, ensuring effective control of how DMAs are fed from source to tap
“Whole-life” processes (design, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, renewal, retirement, disposal) for assets influenced by IMR
A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours….
Actively demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed to lead, support, coach, motivate and develop others to achieve their goals
Have an understanding of modelling benefits and limitations including: Mass Balance Models, Hydraulic Models, SCADA, Work Management, Asset Inventory
Be a competent user of GIS (eg G/NetViewer) - but without the requirement to be a technical expert themself
Delivery of multiple benefits for each intervention (inc. resilience, low pressure, calm networks)
Comprehensive process flows covering all main activities that actively encourage creative and tailored interventions
Data is mastered in single locations, on corporate systems, with interfaces (automatic and manual) being effective and accurate
Information is processed transparently such that users understand both its meaning and its source
The linkages & algorithms that allow the tracking & control of water from “source to tap” are correct, auditable and secured
That resilience of systems is delivered by the preparedness and exercising of re-zone opportunities and not by operating “open” systems (water quality cannot be tracked and assured in “open” systems)
