Who are we?
Secure 365 is a dynamic and fast-growing IT Services and Audio Visual installation company based in Amersham. We provide IT services and support to a wide range of clients in numerous industries, as well as installing Audio Visual systems to both commercial and high-end residential properties.
Overview of vacancy
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to join our team to provide IT services support to our clients. This role will largely be office based with the option of some flexible working arrangements. Some off-site travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities
To provide first line technical support for Windows and Linux systems, via telephone, e-mail, remote access and on site.
Pre-programming and configuration of IT equipment
Maintain an organised daily structure, working to close assigned jobs in an adequate time frame.
Deliver a high level of professional service on the phone and face-to-face when necessary.
Providing client CCTV footage for the systems we manage.
Aiding our field engineers with the pre-configuration of Audio Visual equipment prior to installation.
Develop and deliver E-Commerce platforms
Raising our profile on Social Media, managing our Social Media accounts and running advertising campaigns
Key Requirements
A keen interest in technology and computing.
A strong understanding of IP networking including LAN, WAN & TCP/IP as well as the physical infrastructure (Cat6 and fibre)
Proficient in administering and maintaining Windows & Linux
Excellent communication skills with a professional approach to customer services.
Strong time management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin and Azure/AWS
An intuitive and methodical approach to problem-solving
Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Company vehicle will be provided
