As a Food Photographer at Sodexo in our Stevenage office, you are also a creative visionary and a catalyst for culinary excellence. In this role, you will strategically plan and capture enticing food imagery that elevates our brand and showcases our commitment to quality and innovation.

- Strategically plan Food Platform imagery in collaboration with Culinary, Digital (Dynamify), Brand, and Retail teams
- Take ownership of food styling, props, equipment logistics, and location communications for each shoot
- Manage external photographers, if required, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Food Platform and segments
- Ensure photography is consistently best in class, demonstrating leadership across all segments
- Manage costs associated with each shoot and process, balancing conflicting priorities and time pressures through excellent communication and detailed delivery
- Lead and collaborate with senior multi-disciplinary teams, including segment, Marketing, Operations, and Digital
- Develop imagery using online menu and recipe development systems
- Chef/culinary led background experience in retail and hospitality (Essential)
- Experience of working across marketing/digital and culinary teams
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and positively influence relevant groups
- Creative individual able to work with a calm, balanced work ethic
- Well-organised, with the ability to manage business needs around self-diary management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
