Main Responsibilities

Strategically plan Food Platform imagery in collaboration with Culinary, Digital (Dynamify), Brand, and Retail teams
Take ownership of food styling, props, equipment logistics, and location communications for each shoot
Manage external photographers, if required, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Food Platform and segments
Ensure photography is consistently best in class, demonstrating leadership across all segments
Manage costs associated with each shoot and process, balancing conflicting priorities and time pressures through excellent communication and detailed delivery
Lead and collaborate with senior multi-disciplinary teams, including segment, Marketing, Operations, and Digital
Develop imagery using online menu and recipe development systems

The Ideal Candidate

Chef/culinary led background experience in retail and hospitality (Essential)
Experience of working across marketing/digital and culinary teams
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and positively influence relevant groups
Creative individual able to work with a calm, balanced work ethic
Well-organised, with the ability to manage business needs around self-diary management
Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
Strong communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
