What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for Logistics Support drivers to deliver and collect materials, signage and barriers to operational sites safely and efficiently supporting the teams that keep the gas flowing to homes and businesses across our network.
We’ll trust you to:
- Work within Wales & West Utilities (WWU) and WGA policies, procedures and
- relevant legislation
- Only carry out work for which you are trained and competent to do
- Ensure a flexible approach to ensure all requirements are met within agreed timescales
- Maintain good, honest and robust communication with coordinators and engineering staff at all times
- Report and / or record all accidents, incidents, environmental events (aspects and impacts), damages, near misses and illnesses on the day of occurrence. Co-operate with site inspections and investigations
- Complete a final check for damage/defects prior to hand back – record any damage in defect book and let your Logistics Support Officer know

You’ll need to have:
- A full valid driving licence
- Knowledge of the DVSA regulations and demonstrate an ability to be comply those regulations
- Customer service skills (internal and external)
- NRSWA (excavation and reinstatement)
