Role overview:
- A service that is about much more than offering women a roof over their head. It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education
- You’ll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower women to gain independence and reach their full potential
- You’ll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking

- The ability to engage and build strong relationships with women while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse and trauma
- A forward-thinking attitude to crisis response
- The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations
