THE GIG
You will primarily work hand and hand with our Supply & Demand Planner, supporting with the implementation of our supply plan; always optimising our inventory to increase availability across all EMEA sales channels.
You’ll be our expert on Sales, intake & inventory levels; monitoring on a weekly basis, to ensure a balanced inventory at all times.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
- Inventory management: You will monitor sku-level availability across all EMEA sales channels, making commercial recommendations that optimise product availability and sales
- Open To Buy (OTB): You will ensure that sample & bulk PO release adheres to the agreed critical path. You will track overall compliance Vs. the agreed critical oath, highlighting any deviation to relevant stakeholders. You will implement the PO release, ensuring PO placements align with our regional strategy
- Order tracking: You will monitor the sample & bulk PO delivery schedule on a weekly basis, analysing the impact of any delays and proposing solutions to mitigate risk
- Housekeeping & reporting: You will ensure an accurate stock position in D365 and support your line manage in the production of any analysis required
- Team support: You will provide analytical and administrative support to the wider S&D team as required.

- A Self-starter with a meticulous and precise approach to their work
- Commercially minded, with an affinity for interpreting and analysing numbers/data
- Confident communicator with an ability to influence key stakeholders to implement departmental initiatives
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Advanced Excel skills would be a bonus but not essential
