Job description
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for billing with key partner accounts while building great relationships with internal and external partner accounts. In this fast paced and ever evolving environment, you will have a focus on invoicing, payment processing and customer relationships with an opportunity to learn and grow alongside our Global AR team.
About the Team
The global AR team is made up of two AR/Billing Specialists and five Credit/Collections Analysts. The team is positioned within the US and we are seeking and growing a global presence in Belfast.
About the Role
As an AR Assistant you will primarily focus on invoice generation and distribution, payment processing and application and customer relationship management. This is a fast paced environment in a rapidly growing business so growth opportunities exist based on performance.
In this role, you will:
Review banking details to post payments against customer accounts
Review payment discrepancies and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate accountancy of payments received
Research customer requests related to payments made and not posted
Process daily invoice generation and distribution to customers
Process manual billing as necessary to meet customer requirements for invoices
Answers Accounts Receivable inbox inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
