About The Role

Were looking for Supply Chain Specialists to join our Replenishment team in this busy, fast paced environment. You'll take ownership for simplifying the replenishment operation in store through packaging improvements.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • To identify packaging opportunities and support the execution of required end to end improvements, including case sizes, structural, design and moving into Shelf Ready Packaging

  • Owning the escalations at the right time where opportunities/risks arise in regards to product flow

  • Contributing towards a minimum of £1m per year in End to End savings

  • Developing strong collaborative relationships

  • Working with suppliers to understand opportunities and find solutions to deliver

  • Improving availability all the way through the end to end supply chain from supplier to shelf edge (group)
This role will be in the office operating over a four day working week. This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

  • An understanding of retail business, processes and consumer demand

  • Understanding of Supply Chain principles (Stock, availability, Waste & Markdown, Seasonality and promotional impacts

  • Advanced level knowledge of Excel with excellent stakeholder management ability

  • Experience of data management, management forecasting and interpreting trends

  • Proven delivery of projects to a schedule

  • Strong communications and influencing skills
