We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Supply Chain Specialist (known within the business as a Critical Parts Lead). (Longbridge Lane/Derby/Hybrid)
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Critical Parts Lead you will be the voice of the customer, working with our suppliers, providing a first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer’s needs are understood and managed within our organisation and with our suppliers.
You will be the person dealing with any escalations, issues or concerns and making sure that solutions are agreed in order to support our customers to deliver on time.
About You
You will be an exceptional verbal communicator, understanding and actioning customer requirements and dealing with suppliers will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of problem solving and being resilient.
We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences of working in a supply chain environment where excellence is at the heart of what you do. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates from an aerospace or manufacturing background.

· Starting salary between £27,000 to £34,000 dependent on experience
