Data Energy Management Services is a well-established company providing support to Managing Agents that covers everything from finding lost energy meters to resident level billing and even Combined Heat & Power (CHP) generation.
The basic role is to support the Operations Manager and deal with the administration within the busy Operations Department. The Operations Manager will regularly visiting sites and clients and it is important that he is able to pass administrative elements of the day to day activities to an office based resource to undertake and complete as necessary
This developing role requires good organisational skills and customer services skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Projects Coordinator
- Schedule and manage appointments for the office based and mobile engineers
- Processing new contracts and quotes
- Planning workload to meet completion date deadlines
- Coordinating the installation of products
- Update internal software and CRM database
- To effectively manage customer queries, problems and potential complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Liaising with external customers regarding status of contracts
- Assist with the production of update reports for internal management
Skills Required
- Confident user of MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Keen to learn and develop within an administrative role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Confident working as part of a busy and fast paced team

- Job Location: Bishop Stortford
- Hours Per Week: 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Role Type: Permanent
