As a Customer Service/Sales Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and assisting them with their inquiries and purchases.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products or services that meet their needs and provide relevant recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products or services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customer needs.
- Effective sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Salary: £22,706.00-£26,281.00 per year
