SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our purchasing team!
The Buyer is responsible for optimising stock turns, avoiding stock out’s, returning obsolete stock, measuring supplier performance and maintaining system integrity throughout all processes conducted for both the UK and Middle East.
We will deliver a high level of service with our business partners, maintaining inventory levels aligned to demand growth, ensuring integrity of process & information, communicating with our internal and external customers and enhancing reputation.
ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- To manage Procurement, Divisional Purchasing, Portfolio Stocking, Vendor Reviews, Optimization with chosen suppliers.
- Portfolio Stocking- Optimum stock leverage(collaboration with Sales, portfolio mix
- Vendor Review meetings in conjunction with supplier management
- Optimum purchasing with chosen Suppliers
- Managing Divisional responsibilities ( Infra, Networking and Security)
- Leverage Capability- Capacity, Product Range, Lead times & managing opportunities received suppliers
- Supplier alignment - Suitability / Ambition / long term financial capability
- Managing the link to other departments ( supporting responsible Behaviors)
- Keep customers informed and updated on progress of B2B orders
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO MAYFLEX?
