Role Overview:
As a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be an integral part of our sales team. Joining a team of 2 SDRs and 2 AEs, you will work with another SDR to create sales opportunities for your assigned AE. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, with the goal of booking qualified meetings within FLiiP's ideal customer profile. Collaboration with the entire sales team will be essential, and you will report directly to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential customers through phone calls, email outreach, and social media channels to generate interest and secure qualified meetings
- Collaborate closely with your partner AE to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
- Work alongside the entire sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices
- Utilize the Hubspot CRM to track and manage your leads, activities, and progress
- Utilize the Kixie power dialer to efficiently manage and optimize your calling efforts
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, performance reviews, and receive support from your manager to continuously improve your skills and meet targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and FLiiP's product offerings to effectively communicate with prospects
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects and articulate FLiiP's value proposition effectively
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Punctuality and commitment to meeting deadlines and targets
- Self-driven, self-sufficient, and self-directed, taking ownership of your learning and professional growth
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume prospecting environment
