Consumer Healthcare have a new role for a Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Manager
Job Purpose Section:
Key Responsibilities:
- Working together with sales colleagues as a cross functional account team, be the primary representative of the HALEON Supply Chain for your key account.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of your account’s supply chain processes and systems. Key focus on ordering and forecasting.
- Ensure orders are delivered in full and on time. Working together with Customer Service Representatives and Logistics to resolve any possible issues. Take overall accountability for your account’s OTIF.
- Daily communication to customer on service level. Where necessary, ensure the customer is aware of HALEON shortages and resupply dates or delivery delays. Agree actions with customers to manage potential supply issues, optimising available stock.
- Review in store / depot stock levels and EPOS. Propose order adjustments to the customer based on the analysis to hit in store availability targets.
- Leverage field sales information and resource to deliver in store availability targets.
- Meet with customer to review service level, in store availability, orders vs forecast, stock holding and in store stock levels.
- Agree promotional volumes, buy in phasing and order dates. Responsible for aligning HALEON and customer forecast.
- Ensure successful implementation of NPD and range reviews. Ensure products are set up correctly by the customer, align on buy in volume and order dates.
- Review seasonal lines with the customer to agree forecast and stock holding. Ensure HALEON forecast is aligned to customer expectations.
- Agree a Joint Supply Chain Plan as part of the Commercial JBP.
- Form a collaborative SC team across HALEON and the customer to deliver the Supply Chain Plan. To include service level targets, efficiencies and cost savings, forecast accuracy and availability targets.
- Strive to create best practice processes which the account can roll out to other suppliers setting HALEON as a leading supplier while keeping an eye on the best practices outside of HALEON.
Job Factors - Accountability
Lead Day to Day Operational & Promotional Planning Processes Between HALEON & Customer
Output / End Result
Aligned base and promotional volume & phasing plans between Customer & HALEON
Work with demand planning team / commercial team to accurately maintain forecast system to reflect forecast expectations
Key Responsibilities & Activities
Analysis of customer’s daily / weekly EPOS, store & DC stock levels, promotional phasing plans, order quantities
End to end event planning across all Customer promotional periods & format specific activity
Promotion exits planned to manage service, stock levels etc.
Seasonal planning – taking a total category & shopper insight led approach to the process
2) Deliver HALEON & Customers Key Operational Performance Metrics:
Output / End Result
Achieve service performance targets >98.5%
Achieve Customer in store on shelf availability target > 98. %
Achieve HALEON Working Capital Targets
Key Responsibilities & Activities
Work closely with Customer to review & influence change across end-to-end Customer & HALEON supply chain
Regularly review service performance levels, problem solving as appropriate
Spot trends in underperforming SKUs.
Lead communication with Customer on supply issues, agreeing to switch off products.
3) Be a valued partner in the Commercial Business Unit
Output / End Result
Delivering HALEON joint commercial plan, through a joint supply plan
Key Responsibilities & Activities
Cross functional support – the ‘go to’ person for Supply Chain queries, and delivering format specific activity
Analyse promotional sales & provide full promo forecast - review base vs. promotional uplift
Provide input to account team for forecasting process & meetings
Lead supply chain initiatives.
4) Develop the Operational Relationship between HALEON & Customer
Output / End Result
Develop / maintain working partnership with customer’s Supply Chain counterparts based on trust.

Support HALEON supply chain agenda with Customer
Continuous ways of working i.e season exit management improvements
Proactive identification & communication of opportunities to improve ways of working & overall relationship
Improve on shelf / online availability
5) Key Events, NPD, Range Review Implementation, Forecasting & Supply Management
Output/ End Result
Range Reviews - smooth range change with zero impact on service
Achieve NPD Launches –100% on time & in full
Key Responsibilities & Activities
Engaging Customer Supply Chain with HALEON products & activation
Ensure agreed joint planning processes occur to agreed timelines
NPD & range review sales tracking
Aligning field team support and providing data to support during store calls

- Proven background in Supply Chain management and Customer relationship management
- Strong communication and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree level education or equivalent qualification
- Background in continuous improvement
