We have the exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and quickly expanding company as a Supply Chain Coordinator based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
The Role
Monday - Friday (office based)
Hours are: 6am-4pm
The role is to support and co-ordinate multiple work streams within the supply chain team specifically around stock control, working with all areas including operations & transport.
The ideal candidate will have experience and an understanding of the overall supply chain process, with a good understanding of systems & stock management end to end.
Ø Stock Allocations & analysis for all depots
Ø Physical racking checks to confirm & update stock locations
Ø Managing new product rollout, ensuring system is setup correctly, labelling completed & relevant teams aware of the rollout
Ø Producing multiple key KPI’s to provide overview & focus improvement areas
Ø Managing 3rd party storage, updating database and raising invoices
Ø Executing key administrative tasks to assist the Supply Chain Team
Knowledge, skills, experience and competencies
Ø Experience of food distribution
Ø Attention to Detail is Key
Ø Comfortable communicating through all available communication tools
Ø Able to find solutions to resolve problems with minimal impact to internal and external stakeholders
Ø Like working in a fast paced constantly evolving environment
