- This is a part-time role working 24 hours a week, however there may be an opportunity for overtime.
- We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role but would like someone to be available 3-5 days a week.
- This is a national role, and therefore can be based anywhere in the UK as it offers support to our supply sites across the country.
- To provide first line people advice to supply chain line managers
- To ensure effective and consistent implementation of People Polices
- To support the Supplies People Manager at their designated sites in employee engagement and encourage fair and impartial employee relations on a variety of different people issues
- To highlight any areas of non-compliance and provide assistance to rectify these within appropriate
- Ensures data is processed accurately and people systems and records are kept up to date.
- To deliver effective, timely and confidential support on all employee well-being issues
You will fit right into this role if you:
- Have previous experience of a HR/People Advisory role would be an advantage
- The ability to deal with confidential information and maintain GDPR best practice
- Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service
- Have proven high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
- Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
