RedClean are seeking an Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service via telephone and email
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- General Customer Enquiries
- Scheduling visits, relaying prices and setting appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate customer records
Internal:
- Data input of new customers
- Providing accurate information to the team regarding quotes
- Recording updates on work undertaken and communicating with the wider team
- Managing and updating internal databases and systems
Additional Responsibilities:
- General office administration duties such as answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence
- Assisting with invoicing and billing
- Providing support to other members of the team as required
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and will be required to work standard office hours from 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
