Job description
Due to the continued development of our Property Team, we are looking for two Supplier Relationship Managers who will be responsible for ensuring successful engagement with our supply chain framework and the delivery of all property supply chain activity.
Time, cost and quality underpin everything we do in supporting our sites and allowing Operations to take care of our guests while we get on with the Property activity. To do that we need a supply chain that is performing well, and your role is to make sure that we work in partnership to deliver fantastic results.
As owners of the largest pub estate in the country, its imperative that this role is able to take a strategic as well as tactical approach to supply chain management.
Key responsibilities of a Supplier Relationship Manager:
- Manage the operational delivery of multiple key contracts and suppliers across the Property team e.g. Construction, FM and Professional services
- Hold supplier performance reviews based against agreed performance metrics
- Work closely with the cost management team to govern the category plan delivery
- Provide assurance and progress updates internally and externally on the performance of key categories
- Build and deliver mobilisation plans for all new contracts
- Act as the escalation point for contractual or significant performance issues with the supply chain
You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and review of our Property category plan which has planned specific annual tenders across a number of categories from hard services and assets, soft services and professional services. We are looking for somebody who is great at communicating and has experience in commercial negotiations.
