Role overview
Being a supervisor of the store you will provide managerial support and help maintain and improve the levels of customer service throughout the store. You will provide the supervision of staff whilst maintaining the standards of the shop floor.
Duties
- Provide customers with excellent levels of customer service.
- Deal with customer complaints and queries providing the best possible outcome.
- Keep stock presentable at all times
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback.
- Coaching team members to maintain the standards required.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge Needed
- Proven experience in a relevant role preferred but not essential.
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of EPOS and back office systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be fully flexible regard to working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
