- Delivery - to develop and help coordinate credible plans
- Service, Support & Change - to drive maintainability, supportability, and user adoption
- Design thinking: facilitate ideation sessions, help develop prototypes, and incorporate customer feedback.
- Stakeholder management: foster strong relationships with commercial stakeholders and help them see beyond the limitations of existing processes and systems.
- User research: understand user behaviour, needs, and motivations through observation, analysis, and other feedback techniques.
- Market intelligence: gather, analyse, and interpret data to understand trends, generate insights, and identify opportunities.
- Product strategy: support the Head of Product to create a roadmap that delivers the commercial vision.
- Product culture: be an active member of the product guild, help embed best practice, and coach more junior members of the team.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Significant experience of working in a product role as part of a cross-functional team, delivering digital products in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)
- T-shaped orientation: articulate in the concepts, language, and approaches of product design, software engineering, quality assurance, service management, support, change management, and customer success.
- Curiosity and problem-solving: passionate and motivated by gaining a deep understanding of complex, new domains and developing creative, pragmatic solutions to the challenges and opportunities they present.

- Agile mindset: applies agile principles to deliver incrementally, with clarity and at pace.
- Tenacity and resilience: able to navigate uncertain and tricky landscapes, overcome setbacks, and see tasks through to completion.
