We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Live-In Carer to provide comprehensive support and assistance to an elderly client who lives with dementia and anxiety.
As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of the individual in their home environment. Your primary goal will be to provide personalised care that promotes a sense of security, reduces anxiety, and enhances the individual's overall quality of life.
Care will be for Ms. C. She currently resides on her own in the quaint village of Bosham, West Sussex in a spacious, detached house which is accessible by train and bus.
Ms. C is looking for a Care Professional to come and support her at her home. She suffers from advanced dementia and requires a patient and gentle approach in her day-to-day life.
Ms. C doesn’t like to be left alone for too long and can occasionally get frustrated with herself and ask to go home. She uses a wheeled Zimmer frame for indoor navigation, and enjoys watching tennis, reading, and sitting in the garden during the summer months.
Travel expenses: up to £60 per rotation
Food allowances: £40 per week provided by the family of the client
Bank Holiday rate: double - £240 per day
Work Pattern: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
As a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.
