We are currently seeking a highly organised and energetic waiter to join our London Harrods Concession in July for a full-time (40 hours per week) 2 month summer work placement.

You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of customer service and an opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your skills in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the effective running of the service of refreshments in the concession.
• Ensuring that the shop floor is always clear of dirty glasses & trays, sofas puffed
• Achieving exemplary levels of service, hospitality and hygiene, both in the boutique and the pantries.
• Managing the supplies stocks & placing the orders for the boutique on a weekly basis.
• Keeping the supplies to a regular level at all time.
• Ensuring that all kitchen equipment & cutlery/ tea ware is in a perfect clean condition.

• Previous waiting experience.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Previous training in food hygiene and/or food service.
• Passion about delivering fantastic service and creating an unrivalled experience for our clients.
• Good organisation skills.
• Good communication skills & speaks English fluently.
• Highly organised with a keen eye to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and professional at all times.
• Confident in dealing with difficult situations.
• Problem solving attitude.

• Must be available to start by the 31st of July and be available for two months.
• Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday)
