Elac Study Vacations
Full Time England 8.75 - 11 GBP HOURLY Today
Job description

The role

Activity Leaders are the heart of our summer schools. They bring the fun and social element to our courses. Maybe you are sports mad, love arts and crafts, can make a game out of nothing or just someone who loves to chat to anyone and everyone. Whatever your talent we want to hear from you!

Running a variety of activities you will engage with our students, who can all speak basic English as a minimum, and get them to mix with different nationalities and practice their English.

You will make lots of new friends and although there may be some long days, you will gain lots of new skills which will look great on your CV. Skills such as leadership, collaboration, problem solving, resilience, organisation, cross-cultural communication to name just a few, all competencies which future employers are looking for.

As you will be working with students who are under 18, all our Activity Leaders will need to be 18 years old or above.

When do our summer courses run?

Contract lengths are usually 4 weeks but there may be an opportunity to extend your contract by a further 2 weeks in certain centres. If you can’t commit to 4 weeks, then still get in touch as we may be able to work around your availability. If you can only work sporadically, ask us about our session only contracts where you will work with us on a more ad hoc basis.

The process
