Technology-powered Consulting

Working side-by-side with our functional and industry experts, our technologists strive for imaginative ways of solving our clients' most important challenges. They provide expertise across technology strategy, architecture and delivery, in specific specialisms such as data, intelligent sourcing and cloud, and in best-in-class market technologies - both cloud hyperscalers such as Microsoft, Google and AWS, and enterprise applications including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Guidewire and Workday.
As part of our tech-powered Consulting teams, you’ll help our clients to undertake large scale, cloud-enabled technology delivery, implementation and transformation programmes, working across a variety of industry sectors with client opportunities across the UK.
Programme
Our summer internships offer students invaluable insight into PwC's business and culture. You'll have the opportunity to experience work and life at PwC, and collaborate with both graduate trainees and experienced professionals on real client projects. The opportunities to learn and grow are unrivalled - so be prepared to get stuck in.
What you'll do
In year one you’ll gain core technology skills and capability across all areas of our business, gaining practical experience on tech-powered transformation projects across finance, customer, operations, supply chain, risk and compliance, cloud and enterprise transformation. You’ll gain relevant certifications to help you build your skills in key technologies.
In year two you’ll align to one of these tech-powered transformation areas. You will choose to focus on one of our major vendor areas such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft, or on a core tech capability such as data, architecture, tech strategy or tech delivery. You will continue to have the opportunity to work on key strategic projects and gain certifications in your area of specialism.

What you'll need
You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; or
You’ll need to be in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one year postgraduate place confirmed; and
You'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
