Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our HR & Communications team; where you can expect to come into a high energy team which is passionate about maintaining the employer of choice award and where possible going above and beyond for employees of Zurich. No day is ever the same and the environment is dynamic and changeable!

Skills and experience….

Strong academic performance in any discipline.
Naturally curious and inquisitive.
Demonstrates empathy: being able to put yourself in other peoples’ shoes and to show care and concern for others around you.
A problem solver, who is open to innovation and will challenge the status quo to get the best result.
Strong time management and organisational skills.

A bit more about what you will be doing….

Dealing with daily employee and manager queries and responding to routine queries from the HR administration email in box.
Supporting the HR team with key employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, induction and the performance cycle.
Shadowing the HR team with any employee relations cases such as sickness, absence, performance etc.
Support the HR team with ongoing learning, development and talent activities.
Support the HR team on any ongoing strategic or change projects.
Work with the communications team to produce internal and external communications through a variety of mediums.
