We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our HR & Communications team; where you can expect to come into a high energy team which is passionate about maintaining the employer of choice award and where possible going above and beyond for employees of Zurich. Skills and experience….
- Strong academic performance in any discipline.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive.
- Demonstrates empathy: being able to put yourself in other peoples’ shoes and to show care and concern for others around you.
- A problem solver, who is open to innovation and will challenge the status quo to get the best result.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
A bit more about what you will be doing….
- Dealing with daily employee and manager queries and responding to routine queries from the HR administration email in box.
- Supporting the HR team with key employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, induction and the performance cycle.
- Shadowing the HR team with any employee relations cases such as sickness, absence, performance etc.
- Support the HR team with ongoing learning, development and talent activities.
- Support the HR team on any ongoing strategic or change projects.
- Work with the communications team to produce internal and external communications through a variety of mediums.
