What you'll do
Be the SAP SuccessFactors expert liaising with relevant national and international HR teams- Plan, negotiate and implement SAP SuccessFactors enhancements based on end user feedback and business strategy
- Lead and deliver continuous technical improvement projects
- Liaise with module specific key users to implement the product roadmap and escalate key issues
- Coordinate ongoing training needs analysis & programs for all end users
- Support with the management & usage of other HR information systems (Adobe eSign, Concur, Escriba) as necessary
- Develop strong working partnerships with relevant stakeholders
What you'll need
- Experience configuring and managing an HR Information System
- Expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Talent & Learning)
- Adept at learning new HR information systems (Adobe eSign, Concur, Escriba)
- Strong organisational and collaboration skills
- Pro-active and entrepreneurial attitude
- Effective problem solving skills
- A self-assured and adaptive communication style
- Customer focused approach to system development
