Team Member Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers/prepare food, maintain food safety
- Display excellent customer service and willingness to learn
- Preparing food neatly, accurately and in a efficient way
- Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures as outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual.
- Understand menu items/prices and explain to customers
- Ensure front sandwich counter is fully stocked, tidy and clean
- Accounts for cash, stock during the shift, take payment, provide change
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
- Understands food handling/safety standards
- Complete checklists/light paperwork on the shift
- Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway® Operations Manual.
- Completes University of Subway® courses as directed

Salary: £7.50-£10.50 per hour
