You will empower people to achieve their goals and develop their independent living skills by using your creativity, passion and determination. The support youll provide can range from support with shopping, activities, accessing education/employment, managing finances and tenancy sustainment. Providing personal care is required in some of our services.
Experience;
No experience is required but having the ability to really get to know those you support, be respectful, caring, listen to and understand someone`s aspirations & life preferences to support them to be happy & fulfilled is essential!
