Project: Working on Major Construction Projects within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, education, blue light and technology sectors to deliver some of the most innovative, sustainable and technically advanced projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributes to project management plans
- Reviews performance data for all functions
- Reviews contract reports and determines compliance issues
- Contributes towards compilation of reports, assuring compliance
- Interfaces with subcontractors
- Represents the interests of the project
- Provides briefings and reports
- Assists with package procurement Assists in management of progress meetings & measuring
- Understands importance of Mace business management processes
- Works closely with site construction manager and with subcontractor, site and project managers, and design team
- To produce high quality reports for clients
- Strong client orientation and client service management
- Solving problems that don’t have an obvious solution
- Adapt to changing environments
- Understanding of procurement processes
- Ability to use project and programme management software, MS Project, P6
- Thorough data analysis, report writing
- Working on a variety of different packages
About you
You have a degree qualification in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, commercial management, working towards membership with a relevant institution (e.g. CIOB or ICE). You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
