This position is based at Subway which operates at our NEC venue.
We are looking for reliable, committed individuals to join our team on a casual basis. Hours will include bank holidays and weekends. Previous experience is an advantage but full training will be given.
If you are a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering high standards to our customers, then we want you on our team.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Present a professional and efficient catering delivery to customers
- Utilise your training and product knowledge to effectively sell and upsell to our customers at every opportunity to support in the delivery of our financial targets
- Resolve any customer challenges or ensure they are escalated in the appropriate manner
- Whilst not essential it would be great if you possessed food and beverage service skills, with experience within a catering environment
- Have fun whilst working!

Hours can vary each week dependent on business levels so whether you have plenty of free time in your schedule or you can only manage the odd shift we’d love to hear from you.
